  • May 7th–Potluck – In person only. Location: Good Shepherd on the Hill, 1700 Woodland Avenue
  • May 21st–Zoom
  • June 18th–Hybrid
  • August 20th–Hybrid
  • September 17th–Hybrid
  • October 15th–Hybrid
  • December 17th–Zoom

Executive Committee (Cancellations possible if not needed)

  • May 7th–No EC meeting
  • June 4th–Zoom
  • August 6th–Zoom
  • September 3rd–Zoom
  • October 1st–Zoom
  • December 3rd–Hybrid, location TBD

Note:  Please check the website to find the physical location for hybrid meetings. In the event a hybrid meeting can not be held, the meeting will occur over Zoom.  Notification of the change will occur 2 weeks in advance on the SRCC website:  https://www.srccatx.org/.  The link to register for zoom attendance can also be found on the website

Zoom Link for SRCC Election – April 16th

Just a friendly reminder: The SRCC election for officers will occur on April 15th online via Zoom. If you are a member whose dues have lapsed within the last 2 years, please renew by April 15th. We will not be able to process dues renewals on the day of the election. To find the status of your membership, you can email membership@membership. To renew your membership: SRCC Membership.

Sign up in advance for the zoom meeting to allow all to be admitted to the meeting in an efficient manner:

NOTE: In order to vote, dues must be paid a month in advance, per by-laws requiring a 28-day waiting period after dues are paid until new member can vote, with the exception that if a former member’s dues have lapsed no more than 2 years, they may renew at the meeting and be eligible to vote.
