On October 5, 2023 at City Hall Council Chambers, 301 West 2nd Street, and viewable through the ATXN website beginning at 10:00 a.m., Austin City Council members will consider an ordinance amending the Imagine Austin Comprehensive Plan; updating the Austin Strategic Mobility Plan; and adopting: (i) the Urban Trails Plan; (ii) Sidewalks, Crossings, and Shared Streets Plan; and (iii) the Bicycle Plan.

To cover hybrid meetings, our Membership Secretary needs two assistants. With this in mind, the committee recruited and trained volunteer assistants. At hybrid meetings, our assistants can verify membership and process on-site renewal payments. Our Membership Secretary can cover the more-involved Zoom membership verification process. The committee also recruited and trained a volunteer to send renewal reminder emails more frequently.
