8.   8:00 Update on Congress Avenue Baptist Church’s request (C14-2013-0022) to up-zone to GR (with conditional overlay) to allow for commercial parking and the eventual construction of a parking garage  on the back half of their lot.  They are going to Planning Commission on 12/10 and we need your support
