7. 8:10 Report on AISD property in Area 8 that SRCC representatives have been trying for years to protect as the headwaters of Blunn Creek. AISD has submitted a site plan for development of a cold storage facility.

9. 8:35Â Vote to approve/disapprove road closures for ACL Music Festival, Friday-Sunday, October 2-4, 2009, 11am-10pm daily.

10. 8:40Â Vote to approve/disapprove road closures for Austin Symphony Kinder Concert, Monday-Tuesday, October 26-27, 2009, 9am-1pm daily.

11. Â 8:45Â Discuss issue of VRBO (Vacation Rental by Owner) houses in the neighborhood being rowdy or otherwise disturbing to neighbors on regular basis.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
o   On August 25, 2009, the SRCC Executive Committee voted to approve the partial closure of S. Congress for the Keep Austin Weird 5K on Saturday, September 12, 2009, 8am-10am, between Cesar Chavez & W. Mary Street.
o   Sherwood Oaks, that part of SRCC south of Oltorf, is organizing its own National Night Out to help build support for creation of a new Neighborhood Watch. Contact Elloa Mathews at ellomail@austin.rr.com or 442-6986 for more information.
